(Q)I am applying for the course for the first time. How can I apply?

(A) Please purchase the course from the site. By purchasing, you will be able to view the video of the course.

(Q) Is there a trial version of the course?

(A) We are sorry, but we do not offer trial courses.

(Q) Is there a joining fee?

(A) There is no joining fee.

(Q)Can I cancel the course?

(A) We do not accept returns. Please understand this before using.

(Q)I haven’t received the email.

(A) If you do not receive the email, please check the following possibilities.
There is an error in the email address you registered.
→Please register again using the correct email address.

It has been categorized in the spam folder
→Please check your spam folder.

Emails are being rejected by spam filters
→ Please check the settings of your spam filter service.
→ Please configure your settings so that you can receive emails from “info@mangalesson.com”.
→ If you do not receive the email even after specifying the reception settings, please disable all spam filter functions.

If you still cannot receive emails after checking the above, please register as a member using another email address that can receive emails from info@mangalesson.com.

(Q) I can’t log in.

(A) If you are unable to log in, one of the following may be the case.

  1. Incorrect email address or password input
  2. There is an error in the registered email address
  3. Membership registration has not been completed
  4. Operational issues due to browser issues
  5. Unsubscribed

(Q)What should I do if I forget my login password?

(A) It is possible to reissue your password.

(Q) I am making a personal credit card payment, but can I issue a receipt for the company if I want it to be treated as a company expense?

(A) For credit card payments and cash on delivery, please use the usage statement issued by each company instead. For corporate and group customers, please contact us separately.

(Q)Can I issue an invoice?

(A) Please contact us using the inquiry form.

(Q) Will there be any additional costs other than those shown?

(A) There is no membership registration fee, and you can view the relevant content for only the displayed amount. Please note that software license fees and communication fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if I want to cancel my membership?
